Chicken Wings That Fall Off The Bone
The love for fall-off-the-bone chicken wings is real over here. Most of the wings that I make are falling off the bone.
Admittedly, the chicken wings that I made using an air fryer do not fall off the bone, but the meat is so tender that it does not even matter.
If you are like me, who like their wings falling off the bone, try these lemon pepper wings and these buffalo wings.
Ironically, if you throw those two recipes together and cook them in the air fryer, then you will have this recipe.

Why Is It Called Buffalo Flavor?
Before we dive into why buffalo sauce has the name buffalo in it, let us make one thing clear. The name buffalo referring to the sauce has nothing to do with a buffalo or a bison.
Cue the music that indicates how shocking that news was. If you are like me, then you were today years old finding out about this, but wait, there is more.
The name is derived from a small mom-and-pop diner called Anchor Bar. This restaurant is located in Buffalo, New York.
If I had to take a guess, I would have to say that the name came from the city that the restaurant is located in. There is more to this story, so I will continue.
This place was known as the originator of the sauce that we are currently discussing, so let us give credit to Frank Teressa Bellissimo.
How Long Does It Take To Air Fry Chicken Wings At 400?
This is an interesting question. The reason is that I cook my chicken wings at 375 degrees for the majority of the cooking process.
I do not cook the wings at 400 degrees until I add the sauce. During that time, the wings cook for 5 minutes.
The reason why I cook my wings at 375 degrees over 400 degrees is that I want my chicken wings to fully cook without the outside of the wings being too dry.

The Buffalo Lemon Pepper Recipe That Is On The Top
I think I enjoy lemon pepper chicken wings so much because of the zestiness. Of course, anything lemon flavor will have some sourness to it, but lemon pepper wings done right are not too sour.
The same can be said about buffalo wings. Of course, buffalo wings are not as near as sour as lemon pepper wings, but regardless, they are a match made in heaven.
With that being said, get your hot sauce and lemon pepper ready because things are going to get spicy around here!
