French Fries Turned BBQ Chicken And Bacon Oven Baked Fries!
I would like to start by asking a question that most may be scared to ask. Who came up with the idea that a chicken and a pig would make such a dynamic duo?
To be frank, no wiener, that duo going on an adventure sounds like the plot for a cartoon in the 90s, but I digress. The long-winded point I am trying to make is that the compatibility of a chicken and a pig is exhilarating on a dinner plate.
This synergy is pushed even further when specifically dealing with chicken and bacon. I’ll take it a step further and turn that plain chicken and bacon into BBQ chicken and bacon, oh, but we’re not done yet.
Now, throw some French fries in the mix. Oven-baked fries or fries full of grease will work fine with this recipe.

Is It Bad To Mix Meats?

The real magic comes with the toppings. I like to add BBQ chicken and bacon over my fries, and I’ll even add some shredded cheese if I’m feeling fancy.
Do You Season Fries Before Or After Frying?
Using the method of frying my fries, I would season after the fries are done. This way I won’t have to worry about the oil being salty if I decide to reuse it. On the other hand, if I am making oven baked fries, then putting salt before or after the fries are done cooking is irrelevant.
What Meat Goes Good With French Fries?
Now, earlier I mentioned how marvelous BBQ chicken and anything else chicken-related is on fries, but meat, in general, has great synergy with fries. You have surf n turf fries, pepperoni pizza fries, carne asada fries, the list goes on.

What Are The Best BBQ Sauces?
While making the BBQ chicken and bacon oven baked fries recipe, you’re probably thinking to yourself, “what is the best BBQ sauce to use?”.
