A lime drink is good, and lemonade is incredible. A blue lemonade drink, however, is on another level. Also, this is true when you are making this blue raspberry lemonade margarita drink.

Blue Raspberry Lemonade Confessions

I enjoy eating fruits, but I am not the biggest fan of raspberries. Do not get me wrong, I do not dislike raspberries, but it would not be the end of the world if I never eat them again.

Basically, what I am saying is that I eat raspberries, but I will not go out of my way to eat them.

Now that we have gotten that out of the way, I will assume this is a safe space. I enjoy blue raspberry lemonade. There, I said it.

I know what I said earlier, but blue raspberry combined with lemonade just hit differently.

This Blue Lemonade Drink Is Delicious!

I can’t even fully describe the sensation that twists within my mouth when a splash of this blue liquid gold enters with no hopes of returning.

With a drink like this, it would be a crime not to create a recipe using some blue lemonade drink as the main ingredient.

Blue Lemonade Margarita

I enjoy drinking a good margarita, but I get bored drinking the same margarita over and over.

Additionally, I like to spice my margarita up every so often.

This time, I am spicing my margarita up with a blue lemonade drink.

When combined with this ingredient, my margarita evolves like a Pokémon. “Normal margarita has now evolved into blue raspberry lemonade margarita”.

Creation Of The Blue Raspberry Lemonade Margarita Recipe

This is going to sound goofy, but I came up with this recipe with the desire to make pretty drinks. Of course, the drink also had to be delicious.

With the blue lemonade drink that I used, I was astonished at the beauty of the drink. Plus, I wanted to make a margarita, and I figured a blue lemonade drink would be more interesting to use compared to blue curacao.

When I put the ingredients together, I said to myself. “This blue raspberry margarita drink is good, but it is missing something that can take it to the next level”.

You would not believe what that ingredient was, but just know that I am experimental. Also, my crazy brain likes to make things work that others may look at in disgust.

If you have not guessed already, the answer to my prayer was some cinnamon whiskey.

Cinnamon Whiskey Delight

I do not know who needs to hear this, but you all need to stop underestimating the power of cinnamon whiskey.

With most cinnamon whiskey drinks, you have a balance of a drink that does not need a chaser, and will still get you drunk.

I made a milk punch and a brunch cocktail that uses cinnamon whiskey. Both of these cocktails had me feeling too good for my own good.

Also, when it came to the taste, I have to give the chef kiss to both of these drinks.

The moral of the story, drink more cinnamon whiskey.

What’s The Difference Between Tequila And Margarita?

Tequila is distilled alcoholic liquor that derives from an agave plant.

On the other hand, margaritas consist of tequila, along with other ingredients that vary depending on the type of margarita that is made.

Which Is Stronger Tequila Or Margarita?

Naturally, tequila is stronger than a margarita. Tequila is just that, nothing more, nothing less.

On the contrary, a margarita starts as tequila, but then you may add lime juice to it. Next, you may want to add some type of sweetener.

The more ingredients you add to the tequila, the more diluted the drink will become.

On the bright side, that diluted tequila, better known as a margarita, will probably taste 100 times better than the tequila by itself.

What Alcohol Is In A Margarita?

Tequila is the main ingredient for any margarita. If your margarita does not have tequila in it, then that is not a margarita. That is a regular cocktail.

With that being said, there are tons of margarita recipes that have other alcohols along with tequila.

My favorite combinations to put in a margarita are rum and tequila, triple sec and tequila, and vodka and tequila.

This blue raspberry lemonade margarita has tequila, triple sec, and cinnamon whiskey in it.

Do not get me wrong, I had margaritas that only used tequila for the alcohol, and it was absolutely fabulous! That mango strawberry margarita was too good!
