This saucy BBQ hot and spicy chipotle aioli sauce makes everything better! That hamburger of yours, a little dry? Put some sauce on it. Does your chicken need some flavor? Add that sauce. Whether it is oven-baked BBQ or low and slow BBQ, this sauce will get you right.

Chipotle Aioli Saucy BBQ Hot And Spicy Sauce Was Created

While eating chipotle aioli, I started to realize how much I enjoy chipotle flavored foods.

At that point, I thought to myself, it would be great to combine a hot and spicy saucy BBQ with chipotle aioli to create a sauce.

I started doing some experimenting in hopes that I can create the perfect sauce. A sauce that goes great with low and slow BBQ as well as oven-baked BBQ.

I wanted this sauce to be hot and spicy, yet sweet.

What Will Mess Up The Chipotle Aioli Saucy BBQ Hot And Spicy Sauce

I don’t care how much potential a sauce has, if the sauce is bitter, you might as well throw it away. With sourness, my face shouldn’t look like I ate a lemon because the sauce is too sour.

Try to use all ingredients in moderation. If your sauce is too salty, too sweet, too spicy, etc. you can turn a lot of people off from eating it.

Why Is Chipotle Aioli So Good?

Chipotle aioli has a tangy flavor that I enjoy. The mild to spicy ratio is also excellent for this sauce. Believe it or not, I know some people that hate chipotle aioli, but I guess that is why our taste buds are different.

Why I Am Careful With Using Chipotle Seasoning

As good as chipotle flavored foods are, you still have to cook with the mentality of using everything in moderation, especially when it comes to chipotle seasoning.

With chipotle seasoning, it is so easy to put too much, which will cause the chipotle flavor to overpower everything else.

    • 1/2 Tsp Paprika

  • Equipment
    • Mixing Bowl
    • Spoon
    • Container
    • Pot (Optional)
    • Stovetop (Optional)

Making The Chipotle Aioli Saucy BBQ Hot And Spicy Sauce

Creating this recipe is easy. Put everything in the mixing bowl and stir it up. Make sure you stir the sauce up thoroughly.

Heating The Chipotle Aioli Saucy BBQ Hot And Spicy Sauce

If you want to heat your sauce, then put all your ingredients in a pot instead of the mixing bowl. Heat the sauce on a stovetop using medium temperature.

Let the sauce heat up for 5 to 10 minutes and the sauce will be good to go and ready to use for oven-baked BBQ and low and slow BBQ. This will be tasty on anything, even if it is not BBQ.

Seal The Hot And Spicy Chipotle Aioli Sauce

If you do decide to stick with the mixing bowl, then the best mixing bowl to use is the one with a lid. If the mixing bowl has a lid, then you don’t have to worry about transferring the sauce into a sealed container.

This will have you washing fewer dishes.

How Using Something I Hate Came Out So Good

I hate mayo with a passion. If all mayo products were eradicated from this Earth, I wouldn’t lose any sleep, or at least that is what I used to think. So why use it? Well, funny, you should ask.

Even to this day, mayo is horrible by itself.

However, I have come across a decent amount of sauces with mayo that tastes amazing.

Realizing Mayo Isn’t All Bad

When I saw the ingredients and realize that mayo was a part of the sauce, I was shocked! How can something so good have such a terrible ingredient, I wondered.

After being impressed with my fifth or sixth sauce that had mayo in it, I figured why not create a sauce recipe with mayo? I did just that and the sauce came out great.

The key to using mayo in your sauce is to use the mayo in moderation. The mayo can easily overpower everything else and ruin the recipe.

The last thing you would want to do is put your saucy BBQ chipotle aioli sauce on your oven-baked BBQ or low and slow BBQ and the food taste terrible because your sauce has too much mayo.

What Does Hot And Spicy Chipotle Aioli Sauce Taste Like?

The chipotle sauce has a unique taste to it, which is good. Like everything else in this world, though, some people may not like it. Some may even say the chipotle sauce is an acquired taste.

How hot is chipotle? Chipotle has a mild to spicy flavor to it. There is even a hot and spicy flavored chipotle out there. Is chipotle hotter than cayenne?

No, because too much cayenne pepper and your food is going to be more than just hot and spicy.
