Is A Chicken Hamburger, Ground Chicken On Toasted Buns?
Let us address the elephant, I mean, chicken in the room. Some individuals may look at a chicken hamburger as a ground chicken patty in between two buns.
If that is your criteria for a chicken hamburger to be a chicken hamburger, then more power to you.
To me, on the other hand, if a piece of chicken is between two hamburger buns, then that is a chicken hamburger.
Furthermore, I will also refer to the chicken hamburger as a chicken burger, and/or a chicken sandwich.
Either way, throw that boneless chicken thigh on some bread and call it whatever you want.
Hot And Spicy Or Regular Chicken Hamburger?
A critical moment within the process of making your crispy chicken sandwich, or crispy chicken hamburger, is making it mild or hot and spicy.
For me, I like my chicken sandwich to have some spice to it. In fact, I like my boneless chicken thighs to be on the spicy side. Although this chicken sandwich has a little kick to it, the recipe is still mild.
I add pickled jalapeños and pepper jack cheese to this already delightful dish to spice my sandwich up. Additionally, check out the hot chicken sandwich if you want to make a spicier sandwich.
Are Toasted Buns Better For Your Chicken Hamburger?
To determine if toasted buns are good for your chicken sandwich, you must be aware of your preference for buns.
Of course, if you do not know your preference, then you need to try eating a chicken sandwich with toasted buns to determine if toasted buns are right for you.
What Is The Secret To Crispy Fried Chicken?
Do you want to know the secret to crispy fried chicken that will make the perfect chicken sandwich? Well, you came to the right place.
Although I have to warn you, once you know the secret, you will never go back to making flimsy fried chicken.
Truthfully, the secret to making crispy fried chicken can be achieved in multiple ways. For instance, Cornstarch is great for creating crispy chicken.
Concerning the taste, if cornstarch is not right for you, then you can always go with bread crumbs.
To get the crispiest results, drench the boneless chicken thigh in all-purpose flour and egg before you add the bread crumbs.
Last, but certainly not least, you can use the double-drench method. This will be the method that we use for the chicken hamburger recipe.
First, you drench the boneless chicken thigh in egg, then all-purpose flour. Repeat this step, then start frying your chicken.
For the record, you can use these methods for more than just boneless chicken thighs.
Try these methods with chicken breasts, chicken legs, or/and some good old fashion fall-off the bone wings, or at least this is as “fall off the bone” as it is going to get involving fried chicken wings.
Also, using these methods will result in crispy fried chicken regardless of whether you fry the chicken in oil, or if you use an air fryer.
If you decide to fry your chicken in an air fryer, go and check out this incredible air fryer wings recipe.
How Long Should You Soak Chicken In Milk?
This recipe does not involve milk, however, if you want to fry your chicken in that manner, then simply do this.
In a mixing bowl beat the eggs and then add salt, black pepper, and milk. Let the chicken marinate in the meat for 5 to 10 minutes, and you should be good to go.
Another method of soaking your chicken is by using jalapeño juice or pickle juice. By doing this, your fried chicken will come out extremely juicy and succulent.
Crispy Cooked Bacon On A Chicken Sandwich?
This recipe does not involve crispy cooked bacon on a chicken sandwich, however, if you want to add crispy bacon slices to your chicken burger, then be my guest.
If you have not realized already, chicken and bacon are a top-tier foodie combination.
Additionally, it does not matter that the chicken is fried, the bacon will always take the chicken to the next level.

The recipe uses chicken and pepperoni, and the bacon added to it reminds me of a pepperoni and bacon pizza.
