Back then, I wish I had an easy pizza dough recipe because making that dough was not easy.

Well, it is time to speak some truth into this pizza universe. Homemade pizza is made from scratch, while a franchise pizza restaurant is using store-bought dough and sauce.

Furthermore, this kind of makes me sound like a hater, which I am not. No disrespect to the well-known pizza franchises.
Those pizza restaurants rely on serving a huge quantity of people at once, therefore they have to sacrifice quality in order to please as many people as they can.
We, on the other hand, do not have that issue, so our focus should be on quality.

- 2/3 cup Bread Flour
- 2/3 cup Water at 95 F Degrees
- 1/2 tsp Dry Active Yeast
- 1/2 tsp White Sugar

- 1 3/4 cup Bread Flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Water at 95 F Degrees
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil

How To Make Pizza Crust Crispy
Instructions
Step 1:
Using step 1 ingredients:
- Mix water, dry active yeast white sugar, and bread flour together, and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Cover the flour yeast mixture and let sit for 3 hours.
- After three hours, move on to step 2.
Step 2:
Using step 2 ingredients with the flour yeast mixture, created in step 1:
- Add bread flour, flour yeast mixture, water salt mixture together then mix until all the ingredients are fully mixed together.
- Now knead the dough manually for about 10 minutes, or for 5 minutes using a dough kneading machine.
- After, kneading your pizza dough, separate the dough into two round pizza dough balls.
Step 3:
Using step 3 ingredients:
- Now add 1/2 tsp olive oil to each pizza dough ball, then cover both pizza dough balls with a damp kitchen towel or paper towel first, followed by a dry kitchen towel.
- Let your covered dough rest for another hour.
- After that hour, knead each pizza dough again, form each dough into a round ball, add another 1/2 tsp olive oil to each pizza dough ball, then cover both pizza dough balls with a damp kitchen towel or paper towel first, followed by a dry kitchen towel.
- Now, this time around, let your dough rest for about 3 hours. However, after about 2 hours and 40 mins into that 3 hours, put your oven to the highest temperature and place your pizza grid into the oven.
Step 4:
- Now your dough is ready, after resting for 3 hours, it’s now time to create the pizza crust using your fingertips.
- Once you are satisfied with the thickness of your pizza crust, add your pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite pizza topping, then slide your pizza onto your hot pizza grid.
- Bake for 3 to 4 mins.
