If you want a French pear cocktail recipe, then I got you. Here we will learn how to make this easy French pear martini recipe.

A Delicious French Pear Cocktail Recipe

The French pear cocktail is a delicious drink that combines the flavors of pear and elderflower. By the way, I just discovered elderflower liqueur recently and this ingredient is great for making incredible drinks.

The French pear martini is one of the best drinks that I have ever had, and I do not even eat pears like that.

It has the perfect balance of sweet and sour, even though it is a lot more sweet than sour.

Also, the taste of pear is not overbearing, which is a good thing for people who may want to try this drink but are not the biggest fans of pears.

Furthermore, the drink has just the right amount of alcohol to make it strong but not too strong. Now, if you do not think that you are a lightweight, then you are more than welcome to add more alcohol to your beverage.

I think that this drink is so great because it tastes like a dessert with the right amount of sweetness. No wonder I love this easy French pear martini recipe so much.

Why Is A French Martini Called A French Martini?

This easy French pear martini recipe is great, but where did it get its name from?

The name came from the fact that the drink is supposedly made with Chambord, which is a raspberry liqueur from France.

This French pear cocktail recipe does not use raspberry liqueur, but using that ingredient straight out of France sounds like it would make an amazing drink.

French Martini Versus Easy French Pear Martini Recipe

Additionally, you can make this recipe even more French by using French vodka. I have not gotten an email from a vodka company yet talking about a sponsor.

So, until then I will not be promoting them for free, but in your spare time, you can Google French vodka if you so choose to use that for this recipe.

Personally, I think any pear vodka works great with the recipe.

To be clear, this recipe is different from a French martini, and here is why. A basic French martini uses raspberry liqueur, which is a primary ingredient to make a French martini.
