  • 1/16 tsp Ground Cloves (Optional)
  • 1 pinch of Nutmeg (Optional)
  • 7 oz Ripe Banana (Very Ripe) Mashed, (About 2 Medium Ripe Bananas)
  • 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter, Melted
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Large Egg, Beaten
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence

French Toast Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Other Ingredients

  • 4 Sliced Bacon
  • 1/2 lbs Ground Sausage
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Sliced American Cheese

Instructions To Make Banana Bread

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Butter the loaf pan and set it aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana using a fork.
  • Now stir in the sugar, beaten eggs, melted butter, vanilla essence, and lime juice.
  • Lightly fold the flour mixture into the banana mixture – avoid over-mixing.
  • Add the batter to the loaf pan.
  • Place the loaf pan into the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • After baking the banana bread, let it cool down completely before cutting.

  • Place the oil in a skillet and heat to a low to medium temperature for 5 minutes.
  • Mix the rest of the French toast ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • Cut three slices from the banana bread and place the slices of bread in the egg mixture.
  • Place the slices of bread into the skillet and cook for 4 minutes per side. Then, remove the bread from the skillet.

  • Put the slices of bacon into the skillet and cook for 7 minutes per side.
  • Remove the bacon. Then, shape the ground sausage into patties and cook for 5 minutes.
  • After the 5 minutes, flip the patties over and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Within the last 2 minutes of cooking the patties, place the cheese on top of the patties.
  • Once the sausage is ready, you will take the sausage out of the skillet.
  • Place your 2 eggs into a mixing bowl, then add the black pepper and salt. After that, beat the eggs, then add the eggs to the skillet, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Try to spread the eggs out as much as you can so that the eggs can cook evenly.
  • After 2 minutes, flip the eggs and cook for another 30 seconds. I highly recommend using a non-stick skillet.
  • Remove the eggs from the skillet, then assemble the sandwich.
  • You can cut up some green onions for garnish.
