I don’t often drink, but when I do drink, it got to be something magically delicious, like this frozen strawberry mango margarita recipe.

Frozen Strawberry Mango Margarita Inspiration

One drink I like is a margarita. Originally, I was not the biggest fan of margaritas. Not that they taste bad or anything, I simply never had one that impressed me.

That changed when I went to a Ball in Dallas because those margaritas had me right for the night.

They could have put more alcohol in the drink, but then again, some people drove to the event.

Therefore, the margaritas had the perfect amount of alcohol.

The Perfect Frozen Strawberry Mango Margarita Recipe

After the Ball, I decided to start making margaritas for myself. I made my first margarita using margarita mix, which was cool and all, but I wanted a more authentic margarita.

Eventually, I created a recipe that was the real deal, and that made me happy.

Then one day I decided to go to a restaurant and there I order a frozen strawberry mango margarita with no salt.

The drink was great, however, spending 8 dollars on one drink is a bit too pricey for my liking.

At that moment, I was inspired to make my own frozen strawberry mango margarita.

This drink would not only save me some money but also taste better than the drink at the restaurant.

Why Are Margaritas So Good?

Margaritas are so good because they are made with love and care. Seriously, this is the reason I wanted to make an authentic margarita recipe.

To answer the question of why margaritas are so good, you have to ask yourself what is in a margarita?

For my margarita, I used lime juice, water, a pinch of salt, and white sugar. If you don’t want to use white sugar then simply syrup will work as well or sweeteners for a keto-friendly drink.

“But Jeremy, what alcohol is used in margaritas?” I’m sure there are plenty of recipes using a variety of alcohol to make a margarita, but for me, I like using tequila.

Does Tequila Get You Drunk?

Any alcohol can get you drunk, depending on the amount you drink. Most tequilas are 40 percent alcohol and 80 proof, so a lightweight will need to be careful around tequila.

For the frozen strawberry mango margarita recipe, the amount of tequila in it is perfect.

Enough alcohol to have you feeling good, but not too much to make you sloppy drunk.

If the drink isn’t strong enough for you, then add more alcohol to it.

What Are The Benefits Of Eating Strawberries?

Real strawberries are used for the frozen strawberry mango margarita recipe.

The benefit of using real strawberries is that you get all the benefits from those strawberries. Strawberries increase HDL cholesterol, lower your blood pressure, etc.

Strawberries even protect your heart, which in that case, a lot of us should have been eating strawberries before that toxic ex came into our lives.

On a serious note though, strawberries have tons of vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants which are great for your health.

What Are The Benefits Of Eating Mango?

Like the strawberries, real mangoes are used for the frozen strawberry mango margarita recipe.

Mangoes are good for your digested system and are packed with fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants.

Mangoes are also good for your skin and hair due to the fruit having tons of vitamins A and C.

Now with your clean blender, blend, ice, pineapple juice, simple syrup, tequila, and strawberries then pour it in the second cup.

Bringing Everything Together

Now pour the drinks from both cups into your margarita glass at the same time to create a design.

Add some lime juice and kosher salt to the rim of your margarita glass then garnish your drink, with strawberries or your favorite fruit.

Can Fresh Fruits Be Used Without Being Frozen?

Whenever I make this recipe, I use frozen strawberries and mangoes.

However, the recipe will come out good whether the fruit is frozen or not.

What Are the Benefits Of Drinking Pineapple Juice?

One thing about me when I create recipes is that I want to do something to make my recipes stand out.

For my frozen strawberry mango margarita recipe, I decided to use pineapple juice instead of water.

I figured pineapple goes great with mango and strawberry, and I was right. Although pineapple juice tastes great, it still has tons of sugar, so it isn’t the healthiest option in the world.

With that being said, pineapple juice still contains anti-inflammatory properties and is full of vitamin C.
