    • 2 Pieces of Boneless Chicken Thighs
    • 4 Slices of Bacon
    • 1 Cup of Oil
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 Tsp of Hot Sauce
    • ½ Tsp of Black Pepper
    • 2 Slices of Pepper Jack Cheese
    • 1 Cup of All-Purpose Flour
    • ½ Tsp of Italian Seasoning
    • 1 Tsp of Salt
    • ½ Tsp of Paprika
    • 1 Tsp of Cayenne Pepper
    • ¼ Tsp of Garlic Powder
    • 2 Hamburger Buns
    • 4 Tbsp of Pickled Jalapeños

Getting Started On The Hot And Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich With Crispy Cooked Bacon

Put the oil in your skillet and let it heat up at a medium temperature for 5-10 minutes. In the meantime, put your eggs and flour in two separate bowls.

Add seasoning to the flour and hot sauce to the eggs. Stir the eggs after adding the hot sauce, and stir the flour after adding the seasoning.

Coating The Hot And Spicy Crispy Chicken

Submerge the chicken into the egg. Once the chicken is covered with egg, submerge the chicken into the flour mixture. Make sure that the entire chicken is covered with flour.

You will want the chicken to be double dredge, so repeat this step, then add the chicken onto the hot oil.

Cook the chicken in the oil for 16 minutes. Halfway through, flip the chicken over. Once 16 minutes pass, remove the chicken from the skillet.

  • The remaining oil will be used to toast the buns at a medium temperature over the stovetop.
