Yes, the keto pizza crust does have carbs in it. The brand that I use has 21 grams of carbs in it. Now, maybe you are wondering how this is keto-friendly.
Although the keto bread/crust I use has 21 grams of carbs, it also has 17 grams of fiber. Furthermore, when you subtract the amount of fiber from the amount of carbs, you get the net carbs.
Therefore, the keto bread/crust I use is only 4 grams of net carbs per serving.
What Is A Healthy Alternative To Pizza?
Eat a salad instead of pizza, but in that salad add pepperoni, mozzarella, and a little bit of pizza sauce.

- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella
- 16 Pieces Pepperoni

- Get your keto sandwich thin, which should already be split in half, then cook in an airfryer for 2 minutes at 425 degrees.
- Add the pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni to each half of the keto sandwich thin.
- Cook for another 3 minutes at 425 degrees, remove the keto mini pizza bread, and enjoy.
