This mimosa is garnished with a glazed lemon wheel! It’s fun and easy to make.

Just add the white sugar, lemon juice, and a slice of lemon to a small saucepan. Then cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until the lemon wheel becomes sticky.

The glazed lemon wheel goes with this cocktail perfectly, and it tastes amazing!
