  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

How To Make Mixed Berry Ice Cream

  1. Put the heavy cream into the electric mixer and whip the heavy whipping cream until the cream forms a firm peak. Be careful not to overwhip the cream.
  2. Blend the mixed berries.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixer, including the mixed berries.
  4. Continue to mix the ingredients until everything is blended.
  5. Add ice cream to an airtight container and place it in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
