Aloha, my aioli brothers and sisters. You came to the right place as I teach you all how to my this spicy avocado bacon aioli recipe.
Spicy Avocado Bacon Aioli Secret Ingredient
Everything is better with bacon. Burgers are better with bacon. Pizza is better with bacon. If you make a breakfast sandwich, then put bacon on it.
I made this chicken sandwich to die for, but it hit differently when I added bacon.
Moreover, I made a chipotle sauce using bacon, and not to toot my own horn, but that was one of the best chipotle sauces I ever had, and it is so good on a burger.
I could go on and on about all the recipes that are incredible with bacon, but I think you get the picture.
Aioli Is Slept On
I love a good aioli, but I never hear people talking about it. Why is that, I wonder?
Could it be that Aioli is not mainstream enough? Or maybe most people find it to be nasty, and I simply have weird taste buds?
I think my taste buds are superb, but the point I am trying to make is that aioli is not mentioned often, and I do not know why that is the case.
Anyway, this spicy avocado bacon aioli was so good that I had to make another version of it for the people out there that are not into spicy foods.
Also, if you enjoy eating aioli as I do, then try this chipotle BBQ aioli that is so good that you will want to slap your mama. Be warned, Foodzetic is not liable for anything that happens to you after you slap your mama, so eat this with caution.
How Do You Pick An Avocado For Aioli?
Use the avocados that are soft but still have a firmness to them. You want the avocado to be ripe, but not too ripe to where the avocado is starting to spoil.
How Ripe Should Avocado Be For Aioli?
The avocado should be ripe enough that you can easily scoop it out of the skin with a spoon.
If you can’t do that, then the avocado isn’t ripe enough. On the flip side, the avocado will still be bright green.
If the avocado is turning brown or the avocado feels extremely soft, then you need to use them immediately.
