Creating This Spicy Honey Lemon Pepper Salmon Recipe

I always wanted to make a good old fashion salmon recipe because salmon done right is incredible.

The flavor is so nice, and it works well with honey. Truth be told, most seafood works well with honey, especially shrimps.

Now that I think about it, seafood goes well with a lot of things. Give me some steak and shrimp with lemon pepper and I will fall in love.

Moreover, just like shrimp, salmon goes well with steak. Thinking about this combination makes my mouth water. I should make a recipe using these ingredients soon.

Furthermore, with sweetness and spiciness, you cannot go wrong cooking salmon.

Is Salmon Tasty?

So the million-dollar question is salmon tasty!? Is fat meat greasy? The answer for the 2nd question will be the same answer for the first question.

I can’t even quite describe it, but salmon has a unique taste that let you know after the first bite that you are eating salmon.

Furthermore, each bite of salmon is delightful, and I am convinced that if you do not like salmon, then you must have tried it at a place that did not make it properly.

Can You Eat Salmon Raw?

Usually, I do not recommend eating raw meat, but for salmon, I will have to make an exception.

The reason why salmon is the exception to the rule is that I love some good sushi, and eating sushi has not gotten me sick yet.

Of course, if we are going to speak about sushi, then we also have to acknowledge that tuna is also an exception to this rule.

Also, I am sure there are other fish that you can eat raw with sushi, but this blog is about the spicy honey lemon pepper salmon recipe, so let us stick with the salmon.

What Is The Most Popular Way To Cook Salmon?

Cooking your salmon in a pan is probably one of the best ways to cook your salmon. I say probably because whatever is the best way to cook salmon is subjective.

I can say that pan-searing is the best way to cook your salmon, while somebody can say that the best way of cooking salmon is by using an airfryer.

Somebody else can come out of nowhere and say that the best way to cook salmon is by baking it in the oven.

As far as the most popular method is concerned. I do not have any data to back this claim up, however, whenever I see someone cooking salmon, it is usually pan-seared.

Also, the spicy honey lemon pepper salmon recipe is pan-seared.

Furthermore, this method makes sense because it is easy and quick, and it gives the fish a crispy texture that is so satisfying to bite into.

Is Salmon Good For Health?

Salmon is so delicious, but things get better from there. This tasty fish is also healthy for you.

Salmon contains a vitamin called B12 that keeps nerve cells and blood humming. Also, this vitamin can help you make DNA, but this is not even the good part.

The real star of the salmon show is the omega-3 fatty acids that salmon have stored in each piece of meat.

Omega-3 fatty acids are especially important because your body does not make them, yet they play a vital role in your body.

These omega-3 fatty acids can lower the possibility of you having cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and cardiovascular diseases.

This also includes having a heart attack or a stroke.

Furthermore, out of all these health benefits, I cannot bring myself into forgetting about how salmon is good for losing weight.

I do not know about you, but all this information makes me want to cook the spicy honey lemon pepper salmon recipe right now.

By the name of the recipe, you can already guess what flavors I think go well with salmon.

Of course, I have to go with any flavor using honey. Furthermore, I have not tasted a spicy salmon that I did not like, and lemon pepper is great on everything.

Okay, that statement about lemon pepper may not necessarily be true, but lemon pepper is great on seafood and chicken.

I still enjoy eating some fall off the bone lemon pepper wings.

Then, when you mix some lemon pepper with some buffalo sauce, it takes your salmon to the next level. Also, this applies to chicken.

I am fantasizing about these lemon pepper buffalo wings as we speak.

The fact that we are making a spicy honey lemon pepper salmon recipe, you should already know that sweet heat is incredible with salmon, but the sweetness does not have to come from honey.

Brown sugar is an incredible ingredient to use if you are making sweet heat salmon.

Also, maple is tremendous to use as well.

Can You Fry Fish Without Flour?

Most fried foods have a flour coat over them, but having that coat is not necessarily needed. You can fry fish without flour, no matter how you choose to fry your fish.

Furthermore, this applies to all fish, including salmon.

In fact, if you are trying to be healthy, and you decide to use an air fryer, then you more than likely will not be using flour anyway.

Moreover, Salmon in the airfryer is delicious.
