Breakfast chocolate muffins? Yes, please! These muffins are quick and easy to make! Serve them with butter, cheese, jelly or a side of eggs!

Preheat your oven to 400 F.

Melt the unsalted butter on low heat, then set aside.

Prep your muffin pan with standard-size cupcake paper liners, or spray, then set it aside.

Prepping Tips:

In the large mixing bowl, whisk your dry ingredients together then set it aside.

Prep Dry Ingredients:

In the medium mixing bowl, whisk your wet ingredients together then set it aside.

Prep Wet Ingredients:

Add wet ingredients to the bowl with dry ingredients, then mix lightly using a spatula - do not over-mix.

Combine Ingredients:

Add about 3 tablespoons of the breakfast chocolate muffins batter into each paper liner.

Add Batter To Muffin Pan:

Bake at 400 F for about 12 to 15 minutes. However, check muffins after 12 minutes to ensure muffins don't over bake.

Bake Muffins:

After muffins are done baking, using mittens, place muffins on a cooling rack.
