- 1 Slab Baby Back Rib
- 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
- 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Lemon Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/8 Cup Coconut Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Paprika
Prepping The Ribs
Put your ribs in a mixing bowl. The oven will preheat at 400 degrees.
Add the wet ingredients, excerpt for the barbecue sauce. Next add the dry ingredients.
Rub seasoning into meat.
Thoroughly wrap the ribs in foil and put the meat on the cookie sheet.
Put the ribs in the oven.
Cooking The Ribs
Let the ribs cook in the oven for 2 hours.
Remove the ribs from the oven and add the barbecue sauce
Ensure that the barbecue sauce is spread evenly on the ribs.
Set the oven on low broil and put the ribs back in the oven for 20 minutes.
While the meat is broiling the foil, will no longer cover the ribs.
Remove the ribs from the oven.
