Ingredients
  

  • 1 Slab Baby Back Rib
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/8 Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Paprika

Instructions
 

Prepping The Ribs

  • Put your ribs in a mixing bowl. The oven will preheat at 400 degrees.
  • Add the wet ingredients, excerpt for the barbecue sauce. Next add the dry ingredients.
  • Rub seasoning into meat.
  • Thoroughly wrap the ribs in foil and put the meat on the cookie sheet.
  • Put the ribs in the oven.

Cooking The Ribs

  • Let the ribs cook in the oven for 2 hours.
  • Remove the ribs from the oven and add the barbecue sauce
  • Ensure that the barbecue sauce is spread evenly on the ribs.
  • Set the oven on low broil and put the ribs back in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • While the meat is broiling the foil, will no longer cover the ribs.
  • Remove the ribs from the oven.
