Are you tired of spending money on food you can’t afford? Want to be able to afford some delicious curry chicken? Here is the secret.

Make it yourself! What, you thought I was going to tell you how to make money?

For that, you came to the wrong blog.

However, for those who are not Steph Curry with the shot, let me show you how to be Chef Curry with the pot using this spectacular yellow curry chicken thighs recipe.

Good Yellow Curry Chicken Is Hard To Find

I love curry as much as the next person, but one of the hard truths in life is that not all curries are equal.

For instance, some curry tastes like heaven while other curry seasoning tastes like sandpaper, and do not ask why I know what sandpaper tastes like. Just mind your business!

I remember the first time I ate a dish with curry in it and was mad that I have not tried curry sooner in my lifetime.

In spite of feeling this way, I can’t beat myself too much over this because being from Marshall, Texas, there are not many options in the food category.

Plus, my parents were not buying a vast variety of foods either.

As a college student at the University of North Texas, I was introduced to curry and was blessed to have curry chicken made with curry straight out of Jamaica.

Moreover, this should tell you how spoiled I was when it comes to eating curry, and you best believe eating curry chicken using cheap curry was an excruciatingly disappointing experience. As you can see, you get what you pay for being cheap, but what could I do? I was a broke college kid.

You Can’t Just Eat Any Yellow Curry

Of course, with the logic of not eating just any yellow curry, clearly, some brands are superior to others for this spice. Now you’re maybe wondering to yourself, “what is the best yellow curry to purchase?”

An indicator to figure out what is the best curry seasoning to use is the price.

It is awesome finding deals on any item where you are paying an incredibly low amount for said item.

However, with some things, when you pay less you are usually getting what you paid for, and curry is no exception to that rule.

Now, I could name-drop brands that have curry seasoning that goes great with the yellow curry chicken thighs recipe, but I do not promote products for free.

With that being said, tell your favorite curry powder company to come holler at me! By the way, the curry can’t be trash because we don’t promote nonsense over here.

Yellow Curry Chicken Thighs Recipe To Legit!

I really outdid myself with this recipe. When those spices hit just right, I start to dance with my taste buds from every bite.

That is how I know this recipe is something special!

What Does Yellow Curry Taste Like?

As mentioned before, yellow curries are not created equally. While some taste pretty good, others taste like dust bunnies having an orgy in your mouth.

Again, don’t ask me how I know what that tastes like. Simply mind your business!

Additionally, you can enhance the flavor of yellow curry by also using seasonings such as paprika, chili powder, red crushed pepper flakes, etc.

Is The Yellow Curry Chicken Thighs Recipe Spicy?

Although the red crushed pepper flakes give the recipe a kick, I can assure you that this recipe is more so on the mild side of things.

The Best Chicken For Curry

The chicken that I enjoy the most with curry is hard to say. On one end, chicken thighs taste phenomenal with curry.

On the other hand, you have not lived a fulfilling life until you have curry wings that just fall off the bone.

The same can also be said for curry chicken legs.

I guess if I had to pick the best chicken for curry, it would be chicken thighs.

What Curry Should I Use For Chicken?

The best curry to use for chicken will depend on your preference. For a milder taste, green curry will work for you.

If your taste buds are spicy like a diva’s attitude, then go for the red curry.

For something in between, I recommend using the yellow curry. By the way, that is the curry I think goes best with chicken.

How Do You Cut Chicken Thighs Into Curry?

Slicing the chicken thighs into small pieces is your best bet. By doing this, you can cook the chicken thighs more evenly.

How Long Do You Simmer Curry Chicken Thighs?

You can let your curry chicken thighs simmer for approximately 35 minutes. Obviously, you do not want to undercook the chicken unless you enjoy raw meat.

On the contrary, cooking your chicken for too long will create a brand-new recipe. You can respectfully call it the burnt black curry chicken thighs recipe.
